Reckon we just couldn't be arsed. Has been raining here most of the day but nothing mental to the point I wasn't even contemplating the game being off.
HoBNob
The rain really hasn't seem bad in Dundee at all. That's an absolute shocker for the fans who will have bothered to make the trip.
johnnydun
Haha, what a load of shite. Let me guess a puddle in the Derry corner? It's not like we haven't known about this issue or could've done anything about it. Not to bathered tbf, be as well forfeit.
smpar
Quick penalty shootout to decide the winner. This cup’s a lot of shite and we’ve already got 2 big league games to be rescheduled.
Ludo*1
Looks like we thought it was playable so didn't organise an inspection. Ref has came out to do his warm up and decided the bald spot we have near the centre circle is dangerous. Certainly the section they were testing but even that seems fine based on this clip:
The Derry
Nonsense tbh. Should have been said hours ago if an inspection was needed to save fans travelling from Dunfermline. Really amateurish.

Looks like it's all been down to the ref.

Bigmouth Strikes Again
Nonsense, this is all on the referee clown.

Ludo*1
The section in question:
K.T
McPake clearly overwhelmed by memories as he gazed around Dens from the centre circles with tears flowing. Understandable really.
Hedgecutter
Avoid disappointment and pretend the game's still on by squinting your eyes whilst watching the Newcastle v Leicester game on Sky just now.
Derry Alli
Here's an idea. If the ground you're struggling to drain is waterlogged, Messrs Robertson, don't drive a fucking buggy across it. Happy to help.
Meeniedee
i have a lot of sympathy for the out of town dundee fans and the dunfermline fans who travelled through tonight. it looks to me that dundee didnt see an issue with the pitch hence no early inspection the ref turns up up an hour early then calls it off 45 mins before kick off both clubs thought the pitch was fine so imo the game should have been played.
Bigmouth Strikes Again
Waste of money for both clubs in tough times, not to mention the supporters, idiot referee in charge needs sacked. IMO. Farce.
Salvo Montalbano
Couple of those squeegees they have at the golf and a couple of forks on it and it would have been fine. Seems odd if both teams were happy to play, it doesn't look particularly dangerous.
RossBFaeDundee
Game rescheduled for next Tuesday night. It'll be on for sure this time Pars fans, we promise
Bigmouth Strikes Again
Will give McPake more time to develop his master stroke, defence/counter attack strategic tactics, like a chess grandmaster. Thank you.

Thank you. We’re more defence/set plays tbh. He’s not reinvented the wheel and there is absolutely no secret in how we’ll play but drilling the fundamentals is such a relief from two under duds who wanted to pretend they were special and would have lower league Scottish football jobbers playing like peak Barca.
