Usual list applies. Feel like some of the joke candidates like Yogi might be genuine contenders though.

I think we’re a few weeks too soon for this thread, but it’s obviously going to happen. 
 

For me, I can’t help but think Tommy Wright might be in with a shout. Either him or Charlie Mulgrew.

Tommy Wright surely. Then they’ll be an article by some arsehole why Motherwell passed him bye, again, while eventually relegating to United at the end of the season.

I must’ve been the only saints fan who said Wright wouldn’t work out in another job. Was not surprised to see him fail.

Derek McIness.  Chore the rivals manager while getting yourself an upgrade.  Win win and of course he played for the Hibernians of Dundee.

That last bit might be overstating it. He was certainly paid a handsome wage by the club for a while, whether he actually played ..

Steven Pressley has to manage United at some point, it just feels right somehow.

Might as well get it out the way while theyre doomed anyway.
