RossBFaeDundee
Looking forward to completing the set of the away team winning all the fixtures in this matchup . If it's not a must-win, it's certainly a must-not-lose for Dundee. A vital reset win over Cove Rangers helped restore some confidence, but if they're to find form then getting past Partick with a positive result is key to making that happen, particularly if the two meet in the playoffs which looks ever more likely. Didn't watch, but Partick's free-scoring streak was halted at the always stingy Cappielow, so is this the perfect chance to get right back on track on a late title push or has the new manager bounce started to falter? Partick are the only side to have truly put us to the sword every single time, scoring 8 goals in 3 games (Arbroath are the only other team with more than 4, scoring 7). Bowyer just can't figure out Partick, and even our win was in the middle of a horrific stretch of form for the Jags when confidence was low. That is no longer the case, so the team needs to learn what went wrong and be hungry to correct the record if they want to take something from this game and the season. It's a big game. Fuctifano
I suspect the title will be beyond us even if we do win, but this is still important as second place and not having to play the first round of the playoffs is also quite a big advantage. Although an oddity this year is that the Championship finishes on May 5th but the Premiership because of the World Cup break doesn't finish until 28th May with the playoff finals taking place on 1st and 4th June (hence our contract whoopsie coming to light a few weeks back) If they play the 3rd vs 4th and winner of that vs 2nd playoffs in the normal timescale the Championship team in the final would be sitting idle for 12/13 days which I can't see being allowed to happen. We should really have taken 9/9 vs Dundee this season so hopefully we can keep that up- McAvoy looked to take a bad one yesterday when Robbie Muirhead fell on him, doubt we see him again soon if at all, and Aaron Muirhead also went off injured in the first half so could be down to two centre halves for this one. Though we did win the first game of the season with one centre half and Kyle Turner at right back, so you never know.
Dundee-FC92
Massive match with Queens playing a much improved Caley side with their stronger players coming back. Think Inverness would've been alot higher but for their injury crisis this season and could play a big part in who takes the league from now until May. Hopefully a huge Derry following - this is a big one. I'll be there. Thank you.

Braesoyetts
I think we’re probably unlikely to get automatic promotion, but if we are to, we need to win the majority of our remaining games, and two of those need to be this one and the QP one. We need to go on the front foot for this one - get an early goal and we’re away to the races with the attacking players we’ve got. ’Mon the Jags!
K.T
After how shit we were against Partick a couple weeks ago I have little confidence of any points here.

JagsCG
Muirhead confirmed to be out for about 2/3 weeks, so missing this one. Milne out with the flu, which is disappointing because he’s probably been first name on the team sheet for most of the season, at least it’s not an injury. Hodson will deputise in that position tomorrow. Edited March 17, 2023 by JagsCG
