Mr November
Did we know McCabe was a great free-kick taker when he signed? I can’t recall it being mentioned much and I certainly wasn’t expecting him to score that one against Motherwell. There can’t be too many players in Scotland who are better at them.

When him and Agnew were standing over the ball that day I fully expected Agnew to hit it
Diamonds_Are_Forever
Hopefully Megwa is fine for Saturday wasn’t available for today due to being cup tied ,plus he had a moon boot and a set of crutches tonight

Hopefully Fordyce makes it otherwise there will be a very strange look to our defence.
Passionate
can anybody confirm if the semi final draw was made as well as the quarters for the trust trophy, I heard it was and the winners of us and Morton are away to Falkirk or DU. Cannot see confirmation though...

Chapelhall chap
Thank goodness we won that tie. It was a strange side compared to Saturday in that all of our forwards bar Todororov McStravick, started the game and it was a bit of a weakness when Rangers B came back into the match from 3-1 down, as their midfield ran the show. It was a relief when Rhys did his wonder free kick again. Surely he'll not shoot again said I ! There was a spell at 3-2 when they hit the bar and our defence appeared to be Cassidy and Dunlop at full back. We squandered lots of counter attacks except for McGill and it was good to see, but through we go for another trip to Cappielow. Spoke to Hancock at half time and he reckons he's out for about two weeks. Now for the bunnet man.
AJ77
Happy to get through, sad that we'll need to visit Cappielow again. Could be an interesting lineup on Saturday again if Hancock, Fordyce and Megwa are all out, another 3 at the back surely, and still no sign or mention of Gavin Gallagher! Strange situation with him.

That's good news but the guy sitting beside Hancock did have a crutch . It's a mystery! I once had crutches after an Achilles injury and the NHS never wanted them back!
David Fernández
Watched the goals back from the game last night, 4 very good finishes which included a trademark free kick from the gaffer. Delighted for Gabby, you can tell when he got his goals that it was a massive weight off his shoulders. From the highlights it looks encouraging to see that O'Connor had a lot to play in them too, hopefully both Josh and Gabby can start to kick on now starting from this Saturday.
