Hibernian v St. Mirren, Sunday 6/8/23

Recommended Posts

Hibs rallied for a couple of minutes after the second but otherwise we've been very comfortable. 2-0 doesn't flatter us at all. Special mention to Olusanya, he's had a lot of stick, thrown in today at the last minute and he's been excellent.

Special mention also to David Marshall, makes a meal of a wee bump to get Mcmenamin booked, then throws one out the park and continues his play acting. Then makes a miraculous recovery. Bravo.

Surprised O'Hara is still at St Mirren, to be honest. Absolutely smashing last season and seems to be picking up again no bother.

A genuinely wonderful player. One of the very best in the league and delighted we have him under contract for three more years.

Definitely one of the stand-outs in the division last season. Good to see good players stay in the league, but I'm surprised nobody has taken him off elsewhere.

Nothing penalty turns the game and Hibs only have themselves to blame.

Strongly supported VAR without a single fan being consulted.

Football, a sport famously played in slow motion.

As if the ref will consult Hibs fans instead of VAR...
