Rangers v Celtic - The Old Allocation Derby

Recommended Posts

After yet another banner unfurled by the Green Brigade, where irony seems to be lost, regarding the ticket allocation, I suspect this topic will tediously dominate the build up to this match.

Both teams not looking great at all. Rangers’ defensive frailties coming in our full back area while our centre backs are forming a solid partnership, whereas Celtic are the opposite, with centre back being their area of concern.

A trip away to PSV ahead of the match will have us going into this match either riding high full of confidence, or desperately needing to give ourselves a lift.

Get them pumped, Rangers.

With a tough CL qualifying game on Wednesday ahead of us, our green n grey friends will have the advantage of going in fresh.

celtic throwing a tantrum over not getting the whole Broomloan stand and refusing to take any tickets will obviously be a talking point.  Both teams are likely to leak goals while creating chances, so I'm going for a 3 - 3 and some moans over decisions.

Bit unsure coming into this one, Rangers look pish and so do we so it’s a hard one to predict. Rangers have a big game in midweek which helps us come into the game fresher however we are missing CCV and Hatate who were arguably our 2 best players last season and playing this game with a makeshift back 4. If nothing else it could be a high scoring one. Considering our Injuries and somewhat lethargic start I’d be happy with an away draw

If form does indeed go out the window in these fixtures, then it will be torture to watch as neither team has any form to speak of.

Using your logic that form goes out the window in these fixtures, and neither team has any form, we should be in for a cracker surely.

Fair play to him, it’s a good thing to make up in the build up to Sunday’s game.

Surprisingly never named the ref and took him two decades to bring it up. Wonder why 🤥

Shame he didn’t name (McCluskey) him. Even seen Jim Renton and Bobby Tait mention it in different after dinner speeches. So that’s 2 ex refs and an ex player but it’s probably all lies and banter.
