Jakes on a plane

Aye. It’s bad enough a fight kicking off in a busy pub but one two rows in front of you in a pressurised metal cylinder 35,000ft up and suddenly everything gets very claustrophobic. It’s not fun.

I’m not suggesting that this is a direct cause of this incident but was alcohol (or drugs) involved pre flight or on board?

There is an argument that alcohol should be banned on flights and airport terminals to reduce these risks but the reality is that the airlines and airports make huge sums selling alcohol.

Perhaps a significant fine plus a minimum 10 year ban from all worldwide airlines would see a reduction in such arsehole behaviours.

6.30am flight to Ibiza on a Saturday morning where half the passengers seem to have pulled an all nighter. Bedlam. The gf I was with at the time was mortified that they had armed police at Glasgow airport shepherding us ON to the plane.

I'm on a 4 hour flight to the Canary Islands leaving at 6am tomorrow, hoping everyone will be sleeping. Never had serious bother on a plane but was amazed by the amount of rubbish folk just dropped on the floor when getting off a Ryanair flight in Malaga once.

Ryanair is the fucking pits, granted you can get c***s on any airline but they seem to specialise in them.

Once went to Spain with them not my first choice. Honestly it was like shameless in the sky

I once farted on a plane and it was that bad the woman infront of us looked like she was about to start crying.
I was only about 14 and my mum was mortified. No shites ensued thankfully

Cvnts passport numbers should be logged, barred immediately from all airlines and left to find their own way home by land and sea. As soon as they're back on home soil, revoke their passports permanently. Fucking radges.

The worst part of that video is them lashing out at other passengers who evidently dare to speak up. Every man on the plane should have stiffened them both, or at the very least the security who came on should have.

Flew to Berlin once with Jet2, and a group of Scottish guys on a stag do were on the flight. I’ve posted this before, but the groom-to-be was dressed as the Freddie Starr version of Hitler. The welly boots, khaki shorts, Hitler moustache, medals, armband, the works. The actual fcuk-sake. Heading to Berlin. I won’t lie, they weren’t brawling, causing fights or being a danger, but the Jet2 stewards actively encouraged them to buy, and partake in, more and more drink. ‘It’s your stag do, make it a double’ - to a bloke heading to Germany dressed in Nazi gear as a ‘joke’ Adolf Hitler.

I’ve heard other stories about budget airline staff plying money-making drink on customers who clearly had already been bevvying in the departure lounge from 5 or 6am. So, have a look at yourselves too, you budget airline people.

Video footage available of these eejits fighting and arguing.

Any P&Bers experienced such behaviour on a flight?

Was it over whose turn it was for the relaxing neck pillow?

If only there had been freshly brewed Lavazza coffee available to calm everyone down.

Unfortunately those decent passengers would have been hauled out and arrested for ABH/GBH.

Even police and security have to be very careful these days dealing with scum like these arseholes. They too can end up in court if the accused become the accusers.

Perhaps @Inanimate Carbon Rod can provide information on the (softly softly?) approach to policing such characters.
