Let's be honest, it would be funnier if St. Johnstone went down* so let's just give the paying punters some goals to enjoy. 3-2 to Ross County. *To be fair, I think no matter who finishes 11th, they'll have enough to come through the play-off final. Yes, I suppose you have to think of the paying public. For that a St. Johnstone relegation play off match is top dollar, must watch TV BBC Alpha! Are you sure it wasn't a slightly miffed "SOMEONE BEAT ME TO IT...?!" I'm fairly sure you recently started one just shy of 2 weeks before kick-off (EDIT TO ADD: I personally am always happy to have a place to talk / read / write about the next up-coming fixture just about any time after the previous one is properly done and dusted.) Anyhoo, I hope Ross County win this game, and every game they are asked to compete in thereafter until the end of time. The damage that the loss of ‘The Mallard’ would do to the top flight is unimaginable, and the above result goes a long way to preventing this from happening and fighting the evil in St Johnstone. There is a bit of truth in this. Plus, have I mentioned the Wimpy?

Lets face it, as long as yer not a Rangers or Saints fan everbody wants us to win! Probably the players on both teams feel this way as too, so what is going to happen on Sat. Will the Motherwell players be actually trying here? Hehe I'm betting no injuries in this match put it that way... Am amused by the number of folk who took to the too-early thread to complain about the too-early thread. ’Mon the Staggies.

If we lose it won’t hurt as much as if we were still in the mix for the play off. That said the Financial table over on our thread shows a loss of circa £1.6m. So the extra £60k per place in the table becomes very important to getting an extra player or two should we finish 7th rather than 9th. As an aside as it is relevant - it also shows the Staggies with a wage ratio of 102% compared to 61% for us..mmmmm
casinobay
I've never been to the stadium but am coming up on Saturday. The website says the away fans are in the north east stand.....is that correct? I thought it was the north stand behind the goals.

County have been putting away fans into the North East section, if the away numbers are unlikely to exceed that allocation. If you bring up some chasni pies I'll protest with you.

It's actually better being in the North East rather than being crammed into a corner of the North, which they did to us last season.

Come on lads I suspect the fact you really could do with a win will be the tipping point. I would love to see us coming out all guns blazing and Ketts has said we will not take it lightly and still want to finish 7th. But then he would wouldn’t he. The players….well by 5pm tomorrow we will know.
Matty-RCFC
Stuart “Ketts” Kettlewell still holds Ross County FC in high regard. I suspect Motherwell will be fielding the Under 15s tomorrow.
