We’ve tried everything and nothing has worked since Jack Ross (for one season). The main issue at the club has been the recruitment policy since then, our approach to building a squad has been a joke. It appears they’ve now realised this and want to fix it but have given the top job to a total rookie while Malky signs the players.

Id be shocked if it works but he’ll get my full support at all times.

I've said this elsewhere, but since Ross left we appointed a guy who - after us - was managing in the EPL, a young guy who was Belgiums assistant, a twat with "proven" EFL credentials, and a guy who had scooshed it in Oz.

None of them "had it" so why not David Gray - who might actually resolve the (years old) issue of needing more steel in midfield and defenders who can actually defend?
