The article posted yesterday about good Irish based managers being overlooked for bigger jobs was really interesting. Coupled with the fact that Healy has recently changed his agent probably tells you it’s a move he’s after and not a pay rise.

I guess we'll know tomorrow at some point if that is the case, and that coupled with the online abuse over the years affecting his family.

Has the treatment of IM put people off?

Must be a factor at least? It's a big risk for Healy to leave a job where he seems to be popular and relocate over here when the sacking of Murray seems to say he needs to win the league.

If your a candidate you will be looking for assurances but  the board are appointing their man so more patience might be there. we could appoint someone today and they would be delighted with the job let’s not suggest otherwise, as fans we might not rate the candidate but plenty will fancy the job , tell James thanks but no thanks 😜( we aren’t helping you out there😂😂)

Strange reply. I never suggested there wouldn't be any interest.

You kinda did by saying it’s a factor, I’m saying we could definitely appoint someone whether we as fans would want them is a different story, same with the pars if Mcpake gets the bullet plenty would want the job as well even in the current circumstances

I didn't. There's a big gap between being interested and accepting a job. Healy must be interested, but maybe he's not sure about those assurances you mention when he has a decent gig now. Maybe something similar happened with Leven. Less of a risk for some unemployed jobber off the carousel but you're obviously looking for something different. Fair play, the Raith board are clearly ambitious and there's nothing wrong with that. But I'm just suggesting that the message that sacking Murray after your best season in however long may make people pause for thought.
