The penalty for me wasn't one but Fraser has stupidly given ref a decision to make, VAR will never undermine a marginally wrong call like that.

I didn't think the 2nd Miller goal would survive the VAR check, but having seen it a few times on the MFC TV half-time replays, it does bounce on to his upper arm - so the 't-shirt' rule about where the shoulder ends and the arm begins could be being applied.    

Searching the web doesn't give a definitive answer because of the lot of the stuff you'll see is months old, and it's already been mentioned that the guidelines change regularly on this.  Maybe one day they'll settle to a set of common sense rules that we can mostly agree on.

I that goal occurred against the Well I'm pretty sure I'd unsurprised, but pretty pissed off all the same.    


Edit:  Oh be jeesus.  Casey has been so good recently, apart from this game, we don't want to lose him to a suspension.
The replay shows him diving to the ground and turning away from the shot.   Looks harsh to me.  Guess that's evened it up.
