Think it's a good time to play us tbh. MacIver and 2/3 of the first choice back 4 injured as well as Morrison just returning. It's probably asking a lot of Nisbett too as he's just back.

We've coped well so far but having played midweek a few players looked slightly off it too and we don't really have the depth to freshen it up.

I'd expect the same team with maybe Alfie on from the start.

In other news, I live round the corner from Firhill and can normally hear it from my flat when they score so we need to win to give me bragging rights in the local.

Maybe not in terms of league permutations

but it’s Fair to say that if we lose this game then time running out for the manager to show that he’s got this,

Must win game for Doolan, probably more than Thistle

Not sure that makes sense to me.

Wonder if reaction post livvi game? Not great news. Would be great to get one or two back soon from the half team that is Morrison, Donaldson, Mackie, Lang and McIver.

Welcome to the world of squads decimated by injuries. We've had it season after season.

Best team we could have put out considering the injuries. Shame about Morrison as it seemed like he was going in the right direction, hopefully just precautionary

This.

With Morrison missing from the squad I think that McGlynn is managing the resources available to him as best he can. Better to leave out Morrison and Mackie from a game that on balance we are in danger of losing anyway and bring them back for a game against Hamilton where in the main we've more chance of winning.
