Booker-T Posted Saturday at 16:53 Share Posted Saturday at 16:53 Now that was a game. Feel if we had a proper Lambert, Lennon, Keane, Brown holding midfielder type to bring on at half time we win that. Aberdeen do seem to have the bottle this time.

Atalanta are a few classes above so could quite easily skelp us Edited Saturday at 16:55 by Jinky67

Every game should have been cancelled and played at Celtics convenience for the good of the coefficient.
Jacksgranda Posted Saturday at 17:01 Share Posted Saturday at 17:01 From Kerrydale Street "I also think the miraculous clearance off the line at the end was a clear hand ball, for Walsh just to decide to blow his whistle for full time instead of going to the VAR screen at that point was either cowardly, or sinister" "We have the best squad in Scotland by far but we shouldn't be so arrogant as to think that we have the right to win every single game" A rare bit of self awareness
PauloPerth Posted Saturday at 17:10 Share Posted Saturday at 17:10 That’s a tremendous result for Aberdeen after being 2 down in the first half, fair play. Must have been brilliant stuck in that wee corner of Celtic park going mental at the equaliser and final whistle surrounded by 59000 celtic fans.

DavieCFC Posted Saturday at 17:20 Share Posted Saturday at 17:20 Our own worst enemy at times, shoulda been outta sight,. The chances Kuhn had right on HT and Kyogo not long after the break have to be taken or ye risk getting punished which was what happened. Frustrating thats its ultimately 2 points thrown away, but that's football for ye sometimes. Also its wierd watching a Maeda performance where he doesn't bother his arse all game.
Steve_Wilkos Posted Saturday at 17:21 Share Posted Saturday at 17:21 A very weegie performance from today's ref. The snakes look after one another, I'll give them that.

Getting nutmegged by Rubezic in the first couple of minutes must have demoralised him.

Yeah he was considerably off it today, the square pass for Aberdeens equaliser was an absolute howler but he just didn’t seem himself, he didn’t get behind at all today. I’m starting to really like Luke McCowan though, every time he comes on he impresses me.

Sortmeout Posted Saturday at 17:27 Share Posted Saturday at 17:27 Wonder if there will be 12 minutes added on if Celtic are 1-0 up at Pittodrie after 90 minutes in the next fixture.
Ludo*1 Posted Saturday at 17:28 Share Posted Saturday at 17:28 Delighted for Aberdeen. Thought they'd shat the bed and said as much on here when the 2nd one went in. Had zero expectations for Aberdeen as despite their fantastic run, they've often not looked amazing (which is a good sign to be still be winning when not playing brilliantly tbf) so thought the bubble would be burst. Fair play. Enjoy your night lads. There's enough shite times to swallow as a non-Celtic fan in Scottish football so enjoy the good times whilst they last.

European football has nothing to do with it, Celtic had their usual 2nd half drop off in performance and with the positive Aberdeen changes it had us rattled for a good 15/20 mins and you made us pay for it. Ultimately if we had taken our chances the game could have been out of sight but we didn’t. I have no complaints about the result.
