Shandon Par Posted 13 hours ago Share Posted 13 hours ago One very foggy, rainy day, a big German pal and I (he looks like The Kurgan from Highlander) decided to meet in Holyrood Park to do some training. Hill sprints, some basic boxing workouts etc. Then some boxing pad work. Then we agreed on some light sparring. This degenerated into some not so light sparring. The “ring” was about an acre and we probably scared a few joggers, dog walkers etc as we’d appear out of the gloom knocking lumps out of each other.
