peasy23
And it's only a two. UAE win. f**k the ICC, despite their best efforts to get their favourite 10 teams at the World Cup they will have to put up with either Ireland or Afghanistan.

If it's a tie between Afghanistan and Ireland then Zimbabwe could still go through I suspect the ICC might prefer Afghanistan to Zimbabwe anyway

Fuctifano
Bet on Ireland for me tomorrow, after their game against Zimbabwe they needed pretty much every result to go for them and it has. Suppose you could say the same about the Afghans coming back from the brink but they tend not to haunt Scotland across a variety of sports.
Bully Wee Villa
Would like to see Afghanistan make it.
Eednud
Kane Williamson gets his 18th Test century putting him top of the NZ list ahead of Ross Taylor and the late Martin Crowe on 17. NZ 197/3 just after start of second session of today’s play.

The Irish always seems to get the luck across all sports while we most certainly don't
FifeArab
Just watching the Afghanistan v Ireland, that’s Ireland out.
Fuctifano
At least not beating Zimbabwe spared us going out on run rate
Guest Moomintroll
Much better that we were done by two ridiculous decisions by an incompetent umpire and the ICC refusing to spend any money on the relevant technology that could otherwise be given to the BCCI. Still rather bitter at the moment tbh.
peasy23
England still up against it but the weather is helping them massively at Eden Park. After day 2 was rain interrupted, there has only been 17 balls so far on day 3.
Ro Sham Bo
Still must be one of their most embarrassing tests ever. Bowled out for 58 then only manage to take 1 wicket over the last two days....
Jmothecat2
I don't often want England to lose a test match but I want them to lose this one. New Zealand have bowled a test team out in a single session, for 58 runs and batted well. They deserve a win.
Jmothecat2
Bancroft has admitted he tampered with the ball in the third test against South Africa and Smith has admitted he knew about the plan in advance, but has stated he won't be stepping down.

That’s going to be quite the millstone. That said Atherton didn’t resign either after the dirt in pocket thing.

Jmothecat2
Barmy Army pointing out that England chose a good week to get bowled out for 58.

Seen a lot of Australians commenting that he has to go and Cricket Australia should make the decision for him. I can't really see how he can continue.
