The_Kincardine
Seeing as I'm a fledgling at the cricket I'm reluctant to make a prediction but here goes: If Bell and KP bat through the next session then I'd put my money on the draw. Just a quick edit: I'm assuming, given their run rate, England have no hope of winning this? Am I wrong? If the next session is wicketless than a draw is almost guaranteed. A draw is enough for England to retain the ashes btw. die hard doonhamer
Switched it on and Bell was bowled a ball later. Gutter. KP is the key man now.
mjw
Century for KP, Clarke misse a chance to get him out on review. Edited August 3, 2013 by mjw
peasy23
KP's terrific innings comes to an end, 280-7 now. Still need 48 to avoid the follow on. Edited August 3, 2013 by peasy23

peasy23
Time is going to be the Aussie's enemy if they are to win this. Yep, think they really have to get England out tonight to have a chance of winning. They're making it very hard for England to score runs but really need to get the wickets quickly.
Bearwithme
Time is going to be the Aussie's enemy if they are to win this. And the weather, if the forecast is to be believed.
mjw
And the weather, if the forecast is to be believed. Aye,you would think at least one test in the series would be weather affected.
booitsme7
With rain forecast for the next 2 days, I think if England get the 34 runs to avoid the follow-on then the draw is the most likely outcome. If England fail to get them runs then surely Australia have no choice but to send England in to bat again as they need the win. England need to scrape together another 30-40 runs at least. It could be very interesting if that happens as the Aussies would have to come out all guns blazing in an effort to set some sort of enticing target. It is, however, looking like the weather may decide this test match.

MB
The 4/1 I got on Australia on Wednesday is looking a decent wee betIt is indeed. All three results are possible here but an Aussie win looks most likely. Of course, the weather may come to England's rescue.Sent from my GT-I9100 using Pie & Bovril mobile app

WullieBroonIsGod
Lyon had deserved a scalp. Has bowled well. Got the treatment from KP but got some nice turn. lichtie23
Nice 159 run lead for the Aussies. Question now is how long do they bat for?
