The problem being Saim Ayub is a bits and pieces T20 slogger who should be nowhere near Test cricket, let alone opening in it. I’m not sure what happened to Imam-ul-Haq or Abid Ali, they seemed solid enough openers. Pakistan seem to change their entire team in all formats every year except for Babar, Rizwan and Shaheen Afridi.
