Bearwithme
The match fairly well balanced now. Bangladesh need 94 more to win with 5 wickets left. The bookies still have England as favourites but they're clearly not certs to win.
peasy23
Bairstow just missed a difficult chance to get Sabbir. Biggest thing in Bangladesh favour is time, but with this pitch anything could happen. Cook seems to be struggling to set a field to balance between saving runs and putting pressure on the batsman.
pandarilla
Stuart broad is an arsehole. I love the seethe he generates when a decision doesn't go his way.

Seems to convince himself that he has seen something that wasn't there, I don't think that ball hit anything.Breakthrough by Batty, could be a huge wicket.

pandarilla
This has been a good test match. Yeah I take back my earlier comments. This is an excellent conclusion.
peasy23
England need 2 wickets, Bangladesh need 33 runs, bad light stops play.

Bearwithme
A slight anti-climax this morning as England wrapped things up pretty quickly, but overall an excellent match.
Bearwithme
England have selected an unchanged squad for the India Tests. It's possible Anderson will be added, depending on fitness.... https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2016/oct/25/england-unchanged-jimmy-anderson-india-test-series
Fuctifano
It was said before they left England are going for a squad rotation policy over the 7 tests in a short space of time amongst the bowlers. Looks like it could be Ansari, Finn, and Ball, for Ballance, Broad, and Woakes for this one.

Woakes is an all-rounder as well. So I think it's reasonable to look on Ansari as a swap for him. That leaves you with Finn and Ball in for Broad and Ballance. That surely weakens the batting. I'm guessing Ansari will be come in, with perhaps some further rotation among the bowlers. They just might leave the batting alone, though ideally you'd like Hameed to get a game.

Not sure removing Ballance weakens the batting line up tbh
Fuctifano
Sun now saying it's confirmed Ansari & Finn in with Broad & Batty out.
Bobby Skidmarks
I'd play Alli further up the order, along with Cook he's England's best player of spin.
Savage Henry
Sun now saying it's confirmed Ansari & Finn in with Broad & Batty out. Woakes batting at 9? That would be a healthy looking batting lineup.
Bobby Skidmarks
Woakes batting at 9? That would be a healthy looking batting lineup. I read somewhere that Woakes' average for 2016 is higher than David Warners.
