DeeTillEhDeh
A miracle required or they will be 9-3 down going into the 4balls

To be fair to Harrington, he was only allowed to leave out 4 of the shite ones from yesterday - that must have been tough to narrow down.

Jim McLean's Ghost
Going to be a record victory for the yanks here. No Europeans in form coming into this and it doens't look like anyone is playing out of their skin.
DeeTillEhDeh
Another chip by the Yanks that lands within a few feet. When it isn’t that close they still hole the putt.Europeans chipping and putting is light years behind them.
peasy23
I'd rather Westwood hammer that putt 3ft past the hole than leave it woefully short.
pozbaird
I know it’s a bit rich coming from a common or garden 10 handicap club player like myself…. But this is pretty shite from Europe. Rahm and Garcia aside, a normally hard to beat, and battle hardened European team look as soft as a baby’s first shite. DeeTillEhDeh
Hatton misses another to win a hole.
peasy23
But Rory will be back, so we'll be fine. You are Paul McGinley and I claim my prize.
milhouse
Checked notes - 18.5 to 9.5 is record defeat (in the USA v Europe era), this will surpass this, USA have gone in dry here.
Jupiter Jazz
Cant believe he didn't have Fleetwood out this moring and sticking with Westwood and Fitzpatrick combo was mental.
betting competition
Didn't even think USA played that well but looks like 3-1 today

Aye, that worked well yesterday afternoon. They’d have us believe the American team have never seen a windy day. Ever. In their lives. Give it a fcuking rest.
DeeTillEhDeh
Didn't even think USA played that well but looks like 3-1 todayThey haven't but Europe have been worse. The result should surprise no-one - the US have 8 of the current top 10 players.
peasy23
Chance for the rookies to win the 17th and take it up the last.

They've made a number of mistakes that they didn't yesterday but the European players have been mainly incapable of capitalising. That shot from Casey on the 16th was a perfect example.
Jim McLean's Ghost
At the event coming into this with Wild Cards on the line Billy Horschel won the PGA Championship at Wentworth. The highest placed Ryder Cup player was Fleetwood in 12th. Hatton and Poulter missed the cut. Westwood was 70th and Hovland was 50th. Guys just not performing.
