The Moonster Posted May 24 Share Posted May 24 I watched a bit of it last night, if you're not hitting fairways you're not scoring. The rough is incredibly thick and the ball just sits down in it. Don't know if they were doing featured groups on the coverage last night but it was pish. Really disappointing after a good week at the PGA. Martin Laird has opened with 6 pars in R2 and remains at 4 under. He had pulled out of this week's tourney after 16 holes of round 2 citing illness, but he had previously spoken of his troubles with depression and alcoholism.
