Benjamin_Nevis
No mate I carry it 205 with a full shot. This was a punch under tree branches, I can't remember how far the shot was I mean.[emoji23] Probably time for you to make up another story about Doug Sanders tbh
Honest_Man#1
Played North Berwick on Monday. Absolutely tore up the first 8 holes and was starting to get confident about a best ever score, before having a 14 (FOURTEEN) on the 9th. Luckily that part of the course is away from the beach or might have walked into the sea. What a course though, definitely one of my favourites I’ve ever played. Playing Dumbarnie on Sunday. NHS deal for July is great if anyone on here qualifies and fancies playing it without the massive green fee. Got 10 days left.

We're booked in to play Carnoustie, Dumbarnie and Panmure next weekend for our annual golf trip. Never played Carnoustie or Panmure (very, very excited for Carnoustie), but we played Dumbarnie last year (along with the Old Course and Castle). Old Course was incredible (Sorry Peppy poos), Castle was gimmicky shit, and Dumbarnie is also absolutely fucking brilliant. Not a bad hole on the course and the scenery is glorious. Rare to find a new course that's as good, so can't wait to see what it's like in 3 or 4 years when it's been fully bedded in. Clubhouse wasn't open at the point we played either, so be good to see what the food and pints are like too. Not sure I could justify playing it in the summer in isolation right enough as it's mental expensive, but as part of a package or deal it's an absolute must play.

Otherwise couldn’t justify the price for a new course. Edit: Panmure is class. Really well kept and tough track but if you play well can score well, not ludicrously difficult. We'll be drinking heavily before, during and after both Carnoustie and Dumbarnie, so I doubt there'll be much playing well or good scoring going on by the time we get to Panmure tbh Cannot wait, been looking forward to this weekend for the last 6 months.

Wee-Bey
**Fantasy Golf Transfer Window** Transfer window is now open and will close at start of play at the Olympics which is roughly midnight Wednesday 28th July. There's unlimited transfers, but a gentle reminder that the more you make, the more work it is for me, so try not to change your whole team lads. Bring Back Paddy Flannery
Managed 18 holes in 28 degree heat today. Literally pishing with sweat from the pre round putting session to the 18th green. The course was deid thankfully, I reckon there would have been a few fatalities if some of the old boys had decided to partake in a round.
Distant Doonhamer
Played in Wednesday sweep today. Out in 37 despite losing a ball on the 2nd and had an excellent 20 Stableford points for the front nine. Miserable 12 points on the back 9. Hugely frustrating and feels like a real chance missed. I’ve largely scored well this season when making a good start but sadly not today. My stellar gross 74 which had a score differential of 2.9 has now slipped out of my twenty most recent scores so handicap index now back up to 7.4 having been at a low of 6.6 a few weeks ago. Started the season at 9.6 so overall still a good season.
