In the 2000 US open, Tiger Woods won it on -12, there was a two way tie for 2nd at +3, one guy at +4, two at +5, one at +6 and four at +7. I was at the 1st day of last years Open and barely heard any of that shite. I was camped at the tee box of the road hole for the last couple of hours as well and didn’t hear a single daft shout, and that was with a few right steaming looking folk mincing around below the grandstand.
