Humphries is a bit of a wet lettuce but to win 4 of the last 5 majors in this era where the top players are so evenly matched takes some doing.

Proper player and with that easy style of his he should stay among the top players for years to come.

It doesn't really matter who goes in the Premier League anymore it's just so dull I don't think darts fans are really arsed with it at all.

@Jives Miguel nailed it. Exhibition darts, Eurotour pisses all over it

Peter Wright is probably a bit fortunate to be in there.

To be fair, he's still 9th for prize money won in the calendar year. Cullen and Dobey are 14 and 17th, and it was never going to be a jobber like Gilding or Bunting. I don't think anyone can feel particularly hard done by.

Don't think it's a great move long-term for Littler to accept the Premier League place. Humphries spoke about how missing out the PL place last year was the best thing that could've happened to him to allow him to focus on his game and other tournaments, feel like a lot for a 16 year to handle.

Surprised Dobey didn't get a place ahead of Peter Wright.

Wright is in because he's the sort of bammy b*****d Sky like, Humphries has not been in it before because he's s a boring b*****d so didn't fit that. Littler was always going to be in, as others have said, not sure it's the best move for him though

Understatement of the year, he's a bit of a fans favourite due to his antics so that's probably why he's there.

Luke Littler has become known as "Luke the Nuke" because he Is simultaneously both a little boy and a fat man.

Nah, I saw the joke online and posted it here. Not in Twitter, though. It is doing the rounds.

I saw John Part on the list of names that attended Q-school this year. He didn’t get a card, unfortunately.

He was nowhere near getting one.

Neither did big Hendo. Could see him going for the Seniors. Good to see Willie Borland back though. Hopefully can kick on and get a bit of success

He's been popping up on the Modus super series recently. Getting quite popular that.

Don't think one female has got a card this year and poor Darren Webster cost himself one by turning up and playing his match, which buggered up his leg deficit. If he'd stayed at home and not bothered he'd have got the card
