come on shire
Mike Cusack has been out for a year with injury/illness. I've liked him considering. Jim Hamilton should have been cut. Too big a hot-head and not as good as Harley, Gilchrist and the Grays.

Too big a hot-head and not as good as Harley, Gilchrist and the Grays. I honestly don't think he goes. I've tried to get my 31 in bold. Much depends on injuries- Dunbar I guess doesn't make it, Grant does. Northsea80
Squad to face Italy, certainly the strongest of the warm up games so far. The only alarming thing is the naming of Laidlaw as captain! Edited August 25, 2015 by Northsea80

Bishop Briggs
It was a very good performance and it was fun to watch. Italy were surprisingly poor, especially giving away three interception tries.
ddfg
Good win today, Bennett getting a try in the last minute after so long out was a bonus.

peasy23
Finished 19-12 to Canada. How strong was the Canadian team? The Warriors were obviously under strength with the amount of players on international duty. Strauss played the full 80 minute.
invergowrie arab
Positives tries!! Negatives - Terrible at defensive mauls. - can't tell time.

As far as I know the Canada team was made up from players from there final 31 man squad.
honestly united
Glasgow could have won, but neither team were taking the points from penalties and kicking for the corner instead, as they had most of the play in the second half apart from 5 minutes when Canada scored. Looked a very strong team from Canada as well, and considering all the players missing from Glasgow its looking good for the new season
Northsea80
Thought the World Cup squad would be announced today. Despite his performance on Saturday I think Barclay gets left out. I also think Strauss might miss out along with Rob Harley. Jackson as the back up Stand off instead of Weir. Won't take the risk with Dunbar either I don't think.
