Mark Connolly
Fine margins. A couple of errors at the wrong times have cost us, and we miss an out and out nasty destroyer b*****d up front. Let them have today, we'll fucking do them in Japan.

Gianfranco
Far too many errors. We were very competitive and only have ourselves to blame.
sparky88
Eddie Butler absolutely raging when the ball went forward at the end there.
Savage Henry
One step forward, two steps back yet again under Townsend, it would seem.
Detournement
We can't go to Japan with Laidlaw as 9. He kills us anytime we are near the opposition try line. Having to go wide for all our tries isn't feasible. I thought Townsend waited too long to go to the bench and taking McInally off was crazy. Harley should have been hooked back off.

He’s still to prove whether he has what it takes as an international coach. While we’re a scoring threat against anyone, our discipline, game management and decision making still leave a lot to be desired. Without those, you’ll lose more than you’ll win against the top 5 sides.
Snobot
O’Mahony squealing like a pig when Laidlaw cleared his hand out with his boot was the only 2nd half highlight. He really is a cheating c*nt.
Guest Bob Mahelp
f**k f**k f**k sake. Too many mistakes, coupled with barely getting a bounce of the ball and losing the important refereeing decisions, killed us dead. Ireland were garbage.
Guest Bob Mahelp
First Irish try should never have happened. Was a definite penalty for the late tackle on Hogg, and the Irish guy was offside when the ball was kicked through. It's our fault we lost, but we got no help from a pretty poor referee.
DeeTillEhDeh
One step forward, two steps back yet again under Townsend, it would seem. It doesn't help when you have a referee that doesn't apply the laws consistently.
DeeTillEhDeh
The amount of illegal crap Ireland get away with is now a joke. It's not as if it's a new phenomenon - they've been doing it for the past 10 years now.
Allan Jacobsen
Perhaps we need to find a way to get the ref to be a bit more 'sympathetic' towards us. Edited February 9, 2019 by Allan Jacobsen
