Hillonearth
Gone old school: Broughton Exciseman's 80/-. Quite nice, bit sweeter than I was expecting.

Derek Patterson
Just finished one of these. Certainly nice but tbh it doesn't really taste like beer at all. I'd have easily believed that it was Appletise.

Sweet Pete
Brewgooder lager. A charity ale by Brewdog. Delightful stuff, more like an IPA than a lager. Been buying it often of late since my local shop started stocking it.
ICTJohnboy
Something called Estrella Levante (4.8%) from the Murcia area of southern Spain where temperatures are into the low 30's. I'm not normally a lager drinker, preferring the likes of John Smiths or Boddies on draught but this is very acceptable when served well chilled, and a splash of SevenUp makes it even more refreshing. Costs around 25p per can from Lidls. I have to get through several cans a night otherwise there's a danger of dehydration setting in. So.... nothing else for it other than to get it o'er your neck.

Perfectly acceptable. My first ex wife's family always had champagne cocktails on high days and holidays. I've always been more of a beer drinker but I can see the appeal.

The Naitch
Stella Cidre. Wouldn't normally bother but can't grumble at 10 440ml cans for £8.
