the tungston weasel
By far the clearest beer I have made. Not fully ready yet so will only be having another 1. That is crystal. What is it? All grain or kit?

Archie McSquackle
I'm going to start making my way through this selection I picked up from Aldi during their craft beer week. First up, the Che Guava Radical Lager. Quite sweet and floral. Nice but I couldn't drink a lot of it.I mistakenly thought they were Williams Bros. The Brewgooder Moyo Juice was a poor relation of Drygate's Mango Fork Lift Juice but Tempest Brewing excelled themselves. Vermont Sessions was lovely and their NZ Long White Cloud was exceptional - I really need to find bucket loads of it.

So I'll make a start in a couple of hours... Top tip for later life, take a wet paper towel and wrap the cans in that then pop in fridge. Your couple of hours wait becomes a half hour wait. You're welcome.

Comrie
Ginger and lemon green tea, with a small squirt of honey. Good for weight loss, I've been told.

Yeah, I saw the Che Guava lager was William Bros. but I mistakenly thought all of the ones I had picked up were also. I have to say though, the two from Tempest were really good.
