centralTon
This is outstanding, wouldn’t expect anything else from anything Overtone are involved with.

vikingTON
A glorious weekend in every respect at Fynefest. Sun splitting the sky all three days and a cracking combination of booze, food and music. Of the at least 40 varieties I tried over the three days, the top 3 were: - Fyne Ales: Origins Series - Elegy. An imperial stout aged in a single malt barrel; they'd be struggling not to make this tremendous. Similar to Harviestoun's Ola Dubh. - FA Slumber Party. A special imperial porter added to the festival late in the day. Similar to the Origins version at half the token price: best all-rounder at the festival. - Siren: Days of Darkness. A cocoa and almond enriched stout. You'd think that the weather would have made the dark beers less appealing (although it got baltic once the sun went behind the hill at 7 every night), but the fruit/light beers were relatively disappointing. The unfiltered Budvar that they rolled in for Sunday and the reliably excellent still ciders on the other hand were very enjoyable. Here's the Walker's Bar a few miles up Glen Fyne on Saturday.
