    I text my brother literally 30 seconds before livi got their first penalty saying we were “so comfortable”. That went well. I thought we were terrific for 75 minutes today. Don’t think Munro made a save. Had a great time in with the YT today. That level of backing every week could be the difference. I love this fitbaw team.

    I know this is tired ground and my thoughts are known on him, but Jordan Thompson has just signed for Stoke for what is reported as being £750,000. I don’t know what to say.

    Had no interest in going to this so didn’t bother getting a ticket. But now, as ever, it’s the day before the game and I want to go so will need to likely queue and probably miss the start of the game. Holding out no real hope of a result. Just a good performance and no injuries would do.

    Some right brain box East Fife fans, eh? He’s reducing the debt and working towards making us sustainable, plugging holes as we go so we are still able to put a competitive team on the park, with a view to getting ourselves back into a more lucrative league. I’m not sure you’ll be able to comprehend that right enough, given your showings thus far on the subject.

    I’d guess that vastly reducing the losses made by a business year on year since he bought the club would be a good start.

    We’ve got a multi-millionaire owner who is plugging the gaps. The “managers fund” as I’m sure you can work out, is a fund specifically ring fenced for players funded by the fans by way of standing orders - mine came out today. I’m sure East Fife had something similar, though unsurprisingly it was far less lucrative.

    Pretty disappointed not to win after the second half performance. Subs changed the game in our favour.
