Left back and goalkeeper are the priorities for me. We should try to move players on before we look for forward options. Any idea on season ticket sales? I bought one this season even though I won't make it to many games.

I agree with ATLIS completely. We have got a fee for a player who appeared to no longer want to be at the club (turned down new contracts) and have secured a sell-on clause in case he continues to shine. We have at least two players ahead of him in that position, in addition. This is going to continue to happen until we consolidate ourselves in this league and grow the fanbase - these should be our next aims. There is no reason why we can't aspire to be like St. Johnstone, provided we get our act in gear off the park. Byrne gave us three good years and lots of great memories. Best of luck to him in the rest of his career.

Looks like a good signing on paper. He was a colossus for Hibs in the Championship. I think they may have brought him in for extra protection in the anchor position now that Halkett is gone. Getting a replacement as good as Halkett will likely be impossible so protecting the new defence makes a lot of sense.

Agree with the left-back shouts. Callum Crane deserves a chance in pre-season but we should be looking to improve our back-up there regardless. Aside from that, we should just be looking for quality across the park, if it becomes available. Ideally not spunking money away on guys like Erskine and Wylde who seem out of favour and doomed to the reserves.

Christie Elliot has signed for Carlisle. I think we have dodged a bullet there.
