  1. Think it was Allan Preston and the rest of the chimps joined in. 268 is a good turnout for us in Dundee.
  2. Difficult to show talent when he's had 30 games over 3 years. I feel sorry for him. He needs a move (possibly permanent) in January to somewhere where he'll get a sustained run of games. Falkirk would be a good move for him, even if we take a loss somewhere down the line.
  3. Menga, not Gallagher. The latter's baggage probably rules him out of a move much higher than ourselves. I don't think there will be offers for anyone but Halkett in this window. By the sounds of things, there are a number of teams interested so you would hope that drives up the value. The summer may be a different story depending on how we finish the season.
  4. Why? We have 4 of our 5 sellable assets tied down until 2020. That safeguards us for the next two windows at least, where there will undoubtedly be interest. I can't see us accepting paltry offers. It's been said before but chill out and enjoy the players while they are here. As Afro says, our recruitment has been pretty good so I expect that should players go, there will be others that our management already have their eyes on.
  5. Thought it was just £1m for Fernandez. I think the only situation where we would get that type of money would be if Halkett extended his deal beyond the end of the season. The other players aren't quite there yet.
  6. I think Menga will be suspended for the St. Johnstone game after the winter break. He picked up his 6th yellow yesterday. Our next highest are Gallagher on 4 and Halkett on 3.
  7. He did. Pretty sure he thought it was clever too as he made no effort to correct himself. Thick as mince.
  8. Think we're a bit behind at the moment as we went on a ridiculous run until December. We actually approached the end of that season with a run of 8 games without a win which makes it insane we finished 3rd. Just checked, we had 36 points after 18 games as opposed to 28 this season. Still impressive and I imagine we won't collapse like we did that season.
  9. I'm glad he's gone back rather than just playing in the reserves. Looks a real talent but you feel like De Vita and Miller will start filling the bench soon pushing him further down the pecking order. Best of luck to him, shame it didn't work out.
  10. Not convinced we'll need to strengthen any area, given we have 3 strikers approaching returns from injury. Any business we do should be as a succession plan for players we expect to leave in the near future.
  11. Yes, I was reading that McLeish was blaming our pitch on Tierney's injury. https://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/sport/football/3500935/celtic-kieran-tierney-livingston-pitch-scotland-alex-mcleish/?utm_medium=Social&utm_source=Twitter#Echobox=1542407859 Hoping for a resounding home win and a double from Kaja.
  12. Keith Jackson and Ewan Murray making prize c***s of themselves on twitter. Ban all journalists, imo.
  13. Hamstring injury apparently along with McMillan. A few players pulled up yesterday as well so something to look at for the physio.
  14. I see Celtic have sold out their allocation which I presume means the north, east and south stands. Hopefully we can still make the game a sell out despite the recent poor results.
  15. Don't think he can actually play until January, even as a newly free agent.
  16. 2005/06 - 18 points after 38 games. 2018/19 - 18 points after 9 games.
  17. Think this will take a large chunk off the away support sadly. Hearts would likely have sold out the East and South stands on a Saturday or Sunday.
  18. https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/keaghan-jacobs-testimonial-race-night-and-play-off-screening-tickets-51159800340 Sounds excellent. Sadly on my way to Buenos Aires that weekend.
