    Competing against the Glasgow Nike Running club between now and the end of March. Feel like a traitor seen as I'm from Glasgow.....sad days but I'll do my best none the less.

    Yeah my biggest pet hate is people who panic over booking things. Its a Wednesday in Glasgow FFS, I'm sure you'll get a table somewhere half decent while you get blootered in the nearby pub...

    The tap in my kitchen is leaking slightly from the neck. I'm no expert on plumbing, but is it likely that it requires the washer being changed over? or can it be something more comlex?

    I did 7k yesterday at the Nike Club I go to. Again some icy conditions but managed it in 38:07
