  1. Thanks for that. It makes zero fucking sense to me, that something that is championed so much and is better to be higher etc, contains darts that are sometimes purposefully meant to score low (attempts at doubles, lower scores to set up shots etc).
  2. Anderson wobbling a wee bit. Taylor throwing some cracking darts. Can someone remind me, I think I've asked before - why the creamfest over the "3 dart average"? What darts to they actually include when they're working it out?
  3. You feel that RVB needs to take this set against the deviant though. Here's hoping. Mardle really is an insufferable b*****d.
  4. Wee Mozam Jnr would like to wish you all a merry Christmas!
  5. Any manager at Livingston indulging in horrific "back where we belong" patter should be sacked immediately.
  6. I don't think I breathed properly for that whole hour. Gripping stuff. To me, they've wrapped it up pretty neatly. Nesbitts performance, in particular the last couple of scenes, going from the serene man at peace to the dishevelled soul in the depths of despair, was spellbinding. The second series will have to be something special to come close.
  7. I vaguely remember around about the time Rankine was doing his best whistleblower impression, he said something about the Trust shares being worthless, or words to that effect. Whether they already were anyway is a matter of opinion, but him saying it seemed to have the Trust worried.
  8. Karyo has been brilliant. He's almost playing two parts - Nesbitt is as well to a degree, but Karyo more so. I was actually a wee bit disappointed with ep 6 - the Garrett story was almost dealt with to cleanly, in that we found out what happened to him, and how Tony got away with it in the space of an episode - whereas some questions are still rumbling on after 6 episodes. Can't wait to see hob it turns out though. Silly question maybe, but does anyone still think the boy is alive?
  9. It's an unbelievable hour of television, it really is. Every time you think that so and so is the best character, along comes another tremendous performance. The journo is a case in point - steals whichever scene he's in (the actor is married to Roxy Shahidi who plays the Layla character in Emmerdale, fact fans). Ken Stott is an absolute genius - Garrett is a horrific character.
  10. Naw he didnae. Allegedly.Agree with the rest of your assessment though LF. He's a very talented defender and has indisputably been a huge loss. It's all hypothetical but I've no doubt we wouldn't be in the position we're in just now had he been fit.
  11. Really? If this is the case LF, then I expect McGlynn to go through them like a dose of salts.
  12. He "allegedly" posted something on Snapgram or whatever it's fucking called, regarding playing fives with his mates. The following day he posted something along the lines of "worst day ever", and the posting about fives was deleted. The following day was also the day his injury was assessed. This all came from an ex Livi player.
  13. Why did you delete your post from last night, out of interest?
  14. Whoever he is, he's rather conveniently deleted his post from yesterday where he thinks I'm full of shit, and he says "as I suspected" - without actually saying what his suspicion was! If it is him, then hiya pal. Hiya pal indeed.
  15. He absolutely has fucked up. No doubt about it. If that's what you've been waiting on me saying, then knock yerself out. I don't know what the f**k you're on about though, with your "as I suspected" pish. Do you think I'm in his pocket or something? I've never even spoke to the guy.
  16. Well it's not heartening, is it? A guy who made all sorts of promises (however unlikely they ever were to happen), who probably had all supporters believing even for a fleeting moment that he might be a good guy, turns out to be the latest in a long line of car crashes - not to mention the effect that his dealings have probably had on his family and employees. Yep, I'd say it's pretty disheartening.
  17. I haven't posted on LL in God knows how long. I'm certainly not as prolific as I used to be. With regards Nixon, it's just another sticky, stringy part of the tangled web that is Livingston FC. All very tiresome, and more than a bit disheartening.
  18. I only just noticed the Courier link on Twitter just now. Any reason why you mentioned me in particular?
  19. Emmerdale is awesome, and is watched every night in the Mozam hoose. I won't have it any other way.
  20. On the contrary LF, the LFL Trust still carry out a number of important duties on a matchday i.e selling half time draw tickets, filming the game for LiviTV and manning turnstiles.
  21. I'm not sure X. I've got a TV upstairs that has built in Freeview, but it only finds channels if it is hooked up to an outside aerial. When I fired up the BT YouView box I (wrongly) thought that it would take all its channels from its Broadband connection - however when I done the first time channel find, it came up with nada because it wasn't hooked up to an outside aerial.
  22. Hmmm, not really. We've already got an aerial in the loft, and a connection point to that in there living room. What I'm after, if such a thing exists, is something that goes into that connection point which will connect remotely to the box. Cheers though man.
  23. Is there such a thing as a remote control av aerial device thing? Basically we've moved from BT to Sky and the BT YouView box needs to be hooked up to an outside aerial - the point for which is at the opposite end of the room to where our telly is. We cannae move furniture around unfortunately, and I'd rather not have a huge aerial lead running around the room. Does such a device exist?
