Just when you think the LTA can't make more of a c**t of this... they manage it. What a total shambles.
Sold out without their own website even having a link available this morning. Allowing Ticket Factory and even the Emirates website to sell tickets though - which wasn't advertised to their own members.
Someone should be sacked for this.
Still, at least the touts got theirs. Plenty available for £500 now on Stub Hub

Agree that they should have BTM login requirements and individual passwords/links if they want to extend it to people who were at the previous rounds.
How hard would it be to have a field checked against a database? Idiots. Also, why are they holding any tickets back from priority sale? Why should their own LTA members lose out to joe publics because they've stopped them buying tickets on the Tuesday?
I don't even have a pending debit card transaction against my bank account.

Yeah it says on the website, the "priority" tickets are sold out. Suggests to me that there is still another batch that'll be on sale for general release. Just as well because I didn't get any, since I've only just woken up, since I'm off work ill.
Guess I'll be sitting at my computer refreshing at 6.59am on Thursday then.
Apparently today it opened at 6.55 - so worth checking that on Thurs.

They've totally mangled this. The "priority link" being a password everyone would have had by last night who wanted it didn't help - I'd assumed you'd have to enter your BTM number and be authenticated that way.

Don't really understand why this is needed in any way. The SNP are not exactly far left but everyone knows they have had an influx of new members likely to take the party in a new direction, most of the new mps are more left wing than their predecessors and they are under pressure to prove their left wing credentials in the next parliament. Why risk splitting the indy vote to achieve absolutely nothing when we don't even know what kind of policies the SNP are likely to produce yet?
Plus with anything like this it won't be long til we see the Socialism independence Respect and environmentalist party.

The sequel to American Tabloid, The Cold Six Thousand is a bit experimental. It's all written in very short sentences, usually 3 or 4 words, and had a few people criticizing it, even Ellroy said he wouldn't do it again. It's a bit like Irvine Welsh's dialogue, takes a chapter or so to tune in, but I think it's his best book.
I'm trying Finnegan's Wake, just to see if it's as terrible as I'd heard.
