Cracking climb at the end. Thomas looked strong and Dumolin did well to restrict his losses. Bizarre crash after the line in the women's Tour of Britain. Armitstead won, seemed to lose concentration and piled into a few individuals who were standing in the road. She got whisked to hospital - hope she's OK.

Resolution 1 - Reasonably close. Interesting. Resolution 2 - Assumption seems to be any renegotiation would leave Sevco better off. That's not a given. -
Aggie seems to have really developed since he left us. Plays centrally now, which seems to suit him better. Can't see us offering £600 pw though.

It's many moons since I studied company law, but I can't see them being able to restrict voting rights at all and certainly not because a shareholder has a stake in an otherwise non-related company. I don't think being unlisted is relevant. The Sevco board will be well aware of this. I'd file it under G&S lying.

Perhaps, but the general consensus is that the deal is a disaster at the profit split level, which your numbers suggest isn't actually the case.
