I don't worry my wee arse about anyone. If you're nice to me, I'll be nice to you. Lately I've been called a "coward" and a feckin "traitor" because I'm voting No in the Indyref. What a way to win people over !!

Liverpool City Council Ban FOBTs In Betting Shops
Tryfield replied to Gaz's topic in The General Nonsense Forum
No doubt the bookies will try to get the government involved. Guaranteed income for the treasury will not be easy to ban countrywide if other councils take the same steps. Puggies could be next if the bookies nightmare goes nationwide. I'm amazed that a 10p in the £1 gambling tax didn't come back in before folk with an extra bedroom got penalised. It's a funny old world. f**k up folk with little chance of changing their circumstances before putting a tax on folk who fling money around for pleasure, or the businesses that they throw their money at. -
I've been hunting for this clip from Scotch and Wry for years......finally someone has uploaded it. Reminds me of the barber me and my brother got sent to, always went home with a lollipop and a plaster. Alky Broon, The Cheeriest Barber in the Toon.

Years ago there was a wee train driver(retired now) who had unbelievable bad luck in that he'd had a couple of "one unders", suicides. He got labeled Jimmy the Jinx. Well, after Jimmy the Jinx's fourth suicide his nickname got changed to "The Terminator". The funny thing is, his name wizny even Jimmy.

I always seen cartoons in this sort of quality here. Good. http://youtu.be/ZbMDHCR9W30 Then I had the good fortune to see one made in Blu Ray. Amazing quality on full screen. Could be a Top 5 thread there, animations. http://youtu.be/UfEKBmE1yGA

I'm almost 4 months off the fags, the nearest I've come to puffing tobacco products was last week in Andalucia, the wife refused to give me a cig so I had to go back to the room for more juice. The E-Cigs I'm on right now are wonderfully flavoured. Menthol, cherry, blueberry, aniseed and my new favourite....Cinnamon. Fantastic. Great to mix flavours and experiment. Nicotine content now reduced to 12%. Aiming for 0% nicotine by new year. I'll still be vaping when I hit zero though, now that I've found out a few pubs in the toon are vaper friendly. O'Briens being one of them. Rabbies is a No No. Feck them.

The P & B Beer, Lager, Ale, Stout and Cider Guide
Tryfield replied to Zizou-5's topic in The General Nonsense Forum
Last year was my first and I enjoyed it. I like the look of the provisional Scottish Ales list. http://www.ayrshirebeerfestival.co.uk/scottish_ales/ Ayr Brewing Company saying they have still to confirm a 3rd Ale, don't think it will be Dr Hornbook though. I wonder if the prices published have to be adhered to? No Goose Eye from Keighley this year. Was my favourite last year. -
