You've got a plan DA, work towards moving flat, that's a great positive mate. Tell your GP you want to do some exercise to help your physical health & state of mind but because of your financial state you can't afford it & can they help out, have they anything going to get you out & about? See if there is any college courses you could do that you would be interested in, you'll meet people.
