They made Deus Ex tho, officially said to be Eidos Montreal, tho they are owned by Square Enix.

The problem seems to be stagnation, they have a brilliant idea and run it to death cause they can't think of ways to evolve it to the next stage, update it for a new generation etc. Look at the dead rising games for example, fun yeah, but each one is virtually identical and all the problems from previous games are left in.

The Resident Evil franchise is dead, a shadow of its former self. Dino Crisis died years ago. Do they even still make Mega Man games? Devil May Cry needs a good game using proper Dante again or its finished. The Onimusha games aren't a particularly noteworthy franchise. Would have done better mentioning Street Fighter, which is basically the only Capcom franchise left that isn't on deaths door. The capcom of 15 years ago vs the capcom of today? Just no comparison.

My taxi driver broke down in tears today about Vera and Jack Duckworth dying on Corrie. Seriously, he was chatting away to my gran and soaps, namely Corrie came up in conversation, he mentioned their deaths and started bubbling up, then there were genuine tears. Good thing we were stopped at lights, he would have had to pull over if we were on the move. Was truly Bizzare, and a little awkward. At the end of the journey he remarked "Only true men can openly cry" which I tend to agree with, tho not when it's about a bloody soap.

On the episode with little George, the kid who is scared of everything. What a pathetic little shit, he's like one of those needlessly tiny dogs who spends all day shivering. "Please save me from the monsters!" f**k off To be fair tho, only Smith episode that I've disliked so far.

Making my way through the first season of Matt Smith, some great episodes. The van gogh one was outstanding. Smith is good, not great. I'd probably have a better opinion of him if he wasn't preceeded by such a great Doctor. Oh and Karen Gillan is fucking tasty. Very nice

Regarding those posting and discussing the script for the final Smith episode, why would you want to know what's happening beforehand? Surely that spoils it?

The emergency services place thier lives on the line to save the lives of others. That is a possible requirement of the job and that they do it willingly is admirable. The pilot serviced in the arms forces, trained pilots and was highly respected in his field. He died helping the emergency services, fully deserving of the honours he received. The fact you tried to turn his funeral into a argument about Rangers tax problems is nothing short of pathetic. Do everyone a favor and stop going on about this. We have no idea what happened up there.
