  1. I'd still expect him to win both fairly comfortably, I'll be very disappointed if he needs to engage more than 2nd gear to beat Burns easily.
  2. Bill Barr era, looked good this morning, no excuses for tonight's game
  3. I'm not discounting anything after all the numpties that voted NO and LEAVE, impending shambles springs to mind.
  4. Looked like a decent group horse there.
  5. Redwood and that DUP guy were the best 2 speakers when I was listening to it earlier.
  6. I'll always be ok, that has nothing to do with where I am or where I've been in life.
  7. That's what the lip at the bottom of the bib is for.
  8. I never mentioned anyone skimming or not paying their way, a lot of people have far more than tax on earnings to consider when voting, they'll be using foodbanks if Jeremy and his pals ever get power. I should just have given Bairnardo a wee pat on the back for his civic mindedness.
  9. Nah, if someone has a serious nest egg then Labour will be looking to take a larger chunk of it than the Tories.
  10. Looking after myself, good one, fae Lochside and proud of it.
  11. You've given a pretty humdrum situation, others on the other side might be risking 7 figures if votes go against them, then they've to worry about keeping all their workforce in jobs. I didn't really comment as I'm not interested in trade unions in the slightest.
  12. If you had a £10/£20m estate you'd probably feel differently, losing a tenner or so a week is not comparable to those that have built up a sizeable estate.
  13. I've probably far more people in my circle who vote Tory than any other party, wouldn't dream of questioning their choice, it's easy to spout the left wing pish when it's not affecting you to the tune of 4,5 or 6 figures.
  14. Back in the day I had to run around Doonfoot to get a penny off the milkman as a bampot paced up and down his porch waiting for his 1p change, never got caught out in that manner again.
  15. I do know a plumber who removed all the bathroom fixtures and fittings due to non-payment.
  16. No, voting for Brexit in indicative votes would just be uber hypocritical.
