  1. Well, i will happily accept this from you as sincere and wish you all the best for the future. I do hope you start again and this time do it properly. Butm i do hope the present livi do not survive. Sorry but i feel strongly about this. GF Yes i for one do think we should avoid all games at livingston if they survive and go unpunished.
  2. LTL how can you say, so glibly, you would be devastated for your creditors. They aint going to get paid what they are owed, are they??? So how can you expect them to support you for a third time.??
  3. Sorry but your wrong. The Rovers were on this path 3 years ago 24 hours and we would have been down the swannie and without a boat let alone paddles. But fans and the trust (Whom i do not support) came together and the save the rovers was formed. They saved our club and all creditors are getting paid. Have you or your trust dont that Clyde have seen there problems and acted accordingly. Stirling Albion have too and in fact raised £300000 to buy there club Stranraer acted and with help they are saved, but all creditors are getting paid. Dundee went into admin, but all there creditors were paid. In each and every case all the above are honouring their debts to creditors. Now tell us all why you should be any different. Pay up or shut up shop and start again in a different league to begin with.
  4. So what youre now saying is most livi fans are thick and extremely gullible and using that as a line of excuse. There is no excuse for anyone, especially as you all revelled in times of success bought for by youre creditors. Bankruptcy by the way is there to stop insolvent companies carrying on trading.
  5. How the hell can you say most livi supporters are ashamed that either way creditors will lose out. You, like the rest of us, have seen this coming for a long time. Did you, the livi supporters actually do any to raise mfunds to help your club so this present situation did not arise. NO YOU DID NOT so dont come on here with your sanctimonious piety and crocodile tears. You are a bancrupt company that should suffer the same fate as all other bancrupt companies.
  6. Scary, do not go. Instead give what you would have spent to the rovers. SDA, it would be more counter productive to go to almondvale, unless there is a guarantee that all creditors will be paid in full.
  7. I am not a business person and dont know the law, but this seems to me to be a very dangerous thing. Basically what everyone is saying is this new proposed rule change is purely to get Massone out of livingston without any guarantee of them actually surviving, even though bonds are in place. Now if that happens and this new company are elected into the SFL then surely penalties have to apply as they are in interim management which is a the first step of administration, and the door is open to massone to sue a good number of people. People are saying he is a buffon, idiot and whatever. Maybe he is not and is instead letting people dig there own graves. It just may turn out Massone is a very cloever man.
  8. Wipe that smug grin off your face Asshole, you aint saved yet. Just the type of response expected from a livi fan. Quote What I do remember ( and I may be corrected) is that the two main creditors WILL be paid in full. Unquote What about the small businesses some who are supporters of livi.
  9. Quote Just had a look on their website, and spotted this.... Unquote That was up at around 12.30 today and then disappeared when the site went down. Quote the easiest and preferred way for everyone would be for Massone to take the money and walk. Unquote What so almost all the debt is written off and the small guy loses out yet again. That is the easy and preferred way for livi fans and the club. I would suggest the easy and preferred way, by most football supporters, is to liquidate livi and finish them once and for all. Even though creditors will get nothing. I wasnt joking when i said fans should avoid, like the plague, all games at almondvale. It would not take a lot of effort for a supporters group of any given club to collect the gate monies from clubs fans and give it to there own club. Theres been a lot of hard talking on here about this situation. Maost appear not to like the SFL decision. A boycott would not help livi and it would send a clear message to the SFL and other clubs chairmen. Do nothing, and all your talk on here would amount to meaningless garbage, so take the opportunity presented to you and make a stand or forever shut up with such or any future such situations.
  10. I havent got the full jist of this other than livi have survived. Are there any penalties or not. If they stay in div one without penalties etc, then i said earlier we should all start a boycott of there home games. Give the gate money to your own club instead. And i seriously mean this.
  11. No it said an injunction against hearts was granted earlier this week. It also said they could too go into administration. Hearts say they have a payment plan in place and know nothing of this court injunction.
  12. Oh Dear WB. After the wind up from whats his name, i thought a counter wind up would have gone down well, especially with you.
  13. From the rumour mill. Its being said the Rovers have put in a bid for two DAFC strikers. Discussions under way. Cant see why we shoulkd. They have nowt better than us.
  14. Well about 1 1/2 hours and we should all know the answer.
  15. No VT just tried your link and still get the home page.
  16. No the livi website is there. At least the home page is. Didnt try to navigate within the site though.
  17. Yes they will. A CVA of around 2/25 pence in the pound. How many innocent workers from creditor firms could possibly lose there jobs because of this. How many small businesses or one man businesses could this finish. Dont sit on the immoral high ground here. This is the second time livi have affected peoples lives, and in simple terms, they should not be allowed to survive.
  18. I assume PP that you are one of those who support livi being saved. Tell us all honestly how you can be so self centred in so much that you believe in to hell with the creditors, just so long as we survive. There is a huge moral issue here too and i hope you and all your supporters can live with yourselves.
  19. Crikey and180y, that makes you kinda old, very old does it not.
  20. I think Andy is saying what many who dont post on here are thinking. So Jimbo, maybe you would like to tell everone, as a member of livis suppporters, what you think the SFL should do, why you think livi should be given a third chance, and how the club will be any different this time.
  21. By the way, i only mentioned this as there will almost certainly be another club hitting the lime lights this coming season and it could be any club, mine, yours, or whichever.
  22. VT the current available figure are 22 million for rangers and 6 million for celtic, but this does not include monies owed on stadiums. and does not include the perenial 20 plus million debt that rangers ( ithink) hold against any future or possible profits.
  23. Was it not in the press some weeks ago that both would be cutting back on players to help cut there excessive debt and which club recently issued a very large share issue to help reduce the debt. Vt. They may have assets, but do those assets cover there entire debt.??? Maybe i should have worded it differently, Do the old firm have sufficient assets to cover there individual debt.
