Hey guys hope all is well. I've went back onto citalopram after being off it for 7 years, i have had days where I have been driving to work and just start crying, I feel no motivation to do anything, I was big into my ps4 for years, playing games with good storys which would keep my mind occupied but even that now is a chore. Also might be getting made redundant at work, been there 14 years so I'm hoping I will have enough money to keep myself going until I find something else.

Hope you dont do anything mate. I have had days where I have just went f**k it I dont want to be here anymore but I think about how it would affect the people who care about me and stop myself, everyone is different and I know its easier said than done, here if you ever need a chat.

Hope everyone is coping as well as they can. I have been fairly positive through this pandemic, more so to keep my wife positive as well, as she is struggling with being on furlough and not having any company while I'm at work. I must admit though I'm starting to go abit downhill the last few days, had a panic attack yesterday and felt so sad, this isnt something new as I've had it for years but I've been okay up until this point and I'm abit worried it's all catching up with me.

The thing I love about this thread is even the people who are struggling themselves, are willing to help out others in need.

I work for the rival company and it's pretty much the carepacks that is keeping us ticking over, they are supplying the west and we are doing the east.

I have been trying to remain positive for my wifes sake as she has been furloughed since March and has been told the earliest she will be back at work is July. Work has been okay, still doing the carepacks for the vulnerable but other than that it's not busy at all. I think today was the first day in a couple weeks where I felt proper down, maybe just need a proper goodnight sleep, hope everyone else is okay.

Alot of folk in my work aren't giving a f**k about the social distancing which is something that I have gave up even trying to discuss with management, even got asked why the f**k i was using the alcohol rub as it's a waste of time.

I'm finding alot of the guys in my work are really snappy, I try to help them out rather than get annoyed with it as this is something we are all going through but sometimes it's hard when your struggling yourself.

I'm currently still at work as we are doing care packages for the people who are needing it most, its hectic and social distancing is abit of a problem but everyone is trying their best. I did ask to be furloughed but cant see it happening now.
