Alex Jones is currently on trial in Austin, and it's not going well for him. The judge has has to remind him a few times about not lying under oath, and it came out in evidence yesterday that his own lawyers had managed to mistakenly send an entire copy of his mobile phone to the Sandy Hook family's attorney. He had claimed under oath that he could not find any of the texts or emails on his phone that he was being asked to provide.

Gold for Scotland in the men's para pairs bowls through Garry Brown and Kevin Wallace. Brown made his debut as an able bodied athlete at Victoria in 1994, but returned to the sport as a para athlete after an illness that kept him hospitalised for 11 months left him with disabilities. Brown was only selected after original pick Garry Hood was banned for 3 months for some questionable online posts, he was only confirmed in the team last Monday.
