  1. Club reps on a drinking jolly to Germany whilst the team can’t buy a win or goal most of the time. In a relegation dog fight, no signings outwith unproven youngsters. WTF are they playing at by posting that. Out of touch, priorities completely skewed and even if there was an element of fact finding (there wasn’t) it’ll be to see how much more they can extract from hard working fans. Celtic fans are protesting and getting noisy about sack the board. Are you guys even asking questions? Id imagine financially going down for a 2nd time in 3 seasons would be catastrophic with the double whammy of losing 4 big home crowds vs Falkirk & potentially us.
  2. There would be some comedy value in Corr going to Abroath with possibly Millen too.
  3. If bookies would take odds on contract being terminated I’d have a sizeable wager
  4. You could see the bond between Byrne and Rudden after the opener against United on Friday. Think it will be obvious now to say they’ll have more pulling power and most likely a stronger relationship with Ashcroft than McPake. Millen as a free agent will be available? His contract is / has being binned. Would hate to see us loan you Corr as he’s not had the opportunity he’s deserved. Masson on the other hand nearly guaranteed to be loaned out now. You’ve had a diabolical time with injuries but there’s something really amiss with the Pars behind the scenes.
  5. It’s something people probably don’t analyse and think about too much but I do. Some of my earliest memories are my dad taking me to Starks when you could stand directly behind the dugout in the late 80’s. The smell of deep heat on some of the players was potent! I now travel home and away with my son and my old man joins up with us at the home games. Special memories. Life can be brutal but football can be a welcome distraction but also bring out the wildest emotions. Something I think about is a lot of people are like paid actors in the workplace. Having to behave, talk and act in a certain type of way to either advance your career or simply retain it. It can be exhausting and dismal. You get to a football match and it’s like the unfiltered version of yourself comes out, especially after an 89th minute pearled in the top corner on a Friday night! I’ll stop slavering now.
  6. I’d be more afraid of sitting 7th in the seaside league but each to their own.
  7. I can guarantee I’ve watched that goal back more than any other individual on planet earth !!!
  8. Fantastic. I’ll leave you to read, watch and type about Gullan. I’m on the beers buzzing my head off at a brilliant night at Starks Park watching a game that’ll live long in the memory. Nowt stranger than folk. I cannot be the only one who doesn’t give a hoot about Dundalk and Gullan tonight
  9. Feck me what a buzz that was. 2nd best for periods…couldn’t win a second ball but fair play to Murray..they were the subs we all wanted to see and that made the difference. Great to have our captain who gives his all have what will be a highlight in his career. Worldy to win in the 89th minute in front of a 8000 crowd live on TV under the lights in a table top clash. Deserved mom for big Kev..he’s not perfect but how many better shot stoppers are there in Scotland ? Thanks Hibs!
  10. Yeah I keep a loose eye on their career…but tonight….nah, couldn’t give a hoot.
  11. Utterly astonishing that Hamilton is benched in preference for Rudden. That’s a wild change. Thought Murray would’ve played Easton too with it being a chance for him to shine under the lights. No issue with that change though as he’s been howling. And pretty conclusive Millen has had a fall out with the gaffer.
  12. Agree with that. There was enough poor form recently to have had another look at Corr in the Inverness, QP, Livi or Airdrie games. I’d pair him with Watson. Brown and Byrne don’t work together in the middle and he’ll never drop Brown. Got everything crossed that Super Sam is on the starting 11 team sheet.
  13. A slow Murray and Watson at the back gives me the fear. Im hoping our wide men can get some balls whipped in for Jack Hamilton to attack.
  14. Heard similar but Matthews opposed to Millen. Utterly criminal to watch all these losses on the spin, us have a black hole in the middle of the park and Matthews can’t get any more than the odd 2 minutes.
  15. Purposely getting the game called off to get cuffed 0-3 in the rearranged fixture. lol.
  16. Peter Grant Yogi McPake Feck having German overlords if that’s the vision and ambition.
  17. Him and Todorov deemed not good enough. To be replaced by goalmachine ‘The Jak’. Wish they’d kept Todorov, we’d have a few more points
  18. Simply put Airdrie are impressive. We can’t lay a glove on them and McCabe definitely has our number. Solid at the back and play some real tidy stuff. Could easily be a 4 way battle for 3 spots - Raith, PT, GM and Airdrie.
  19. Nope. League 1 is rancid. Falkirk have finally got their act together, signed Championship level players (Spencer, Lang, Ross etc) and are showing how much of a cakewalk it can be. You guys are in real trouble. O’Hara winner in the playoff - imagine that.
  20. Nonsense. McPake is tactically inept as witnessed this season and backed up by Dee fans. It’s their season playing against part-time postman had their fans thinking they were something but factually there last two spells at this level has seen them finish bottom and now currently 2nd bottom. Hopefully they don’t sack him however as we could do with getting the 12 points this season.
  21. Not for me. The comedy factor of them missing 8 games involving us and Falkirk to play Annan, Kelty etc. Really got to wonder if Pars can afford another relegation. Massive losses about to be posted imo and a further drop to the joiners division could spell big problems.
  22. 2 scud, get doon. ‘we’ll pump you in the playoffs when we finish 4th’
  23. Pars on current score drop into the relegation playoff spot. Nice.
