One win in 8 vs a shitey Pars team. 5 losses on the spin. The players are playing with zero confidence and I don’t know what’s going to change it. I’m not a coach but I certainly wouldn’t be persevering with a formation that clearly doesn’t work. Corr would play instead of Murray for me. Matthews would start. Turner would be shipped back to the highlands. Should never have been signed. I ain’t a one for being a drama queen but this is a crisis. The last two games have been some of the worst I’ve seen in years and we're going backwards at an alarming rate. Every ounce of feel good factor has been sucked out of the fan base these last few weeks. We’ve went from being top of the league and in two cups to out of both them and potentially 9 points behind in a few days time. On current form it’ll be fighting for fourth which is unacceptable with the start to the season and squad that’s been assembled.

What does Matthews have to do to get a game. Heard a rumour he’s had a falling out with Murray. Adds up.

We’re shite. Feel sorry for Jack Hamilton having to play in this system, he’s a bright spark surrounded by dross currently. How can Murray not see the giant gaps in the middle of the park every game..we’ve got all this attacking threat and can’t create chances. 3 year deal..we’re being far too patient accepting this shocking formation and I wonder what they’re doing at training. He’s been backed with quality players and we look a shambles. Hope one of the directors pulls Murray for a chat to get an explanation of what’s going on.

Fingers crossed this break after the diddy cup game gives the needed time to get Stanton back on the pitch. Maybe Murray will arrange a bounce game against a league 2 side so the players can remember what it’s like to win a game, not concede 3/4 goals and get some confidence back. For the crazy attacking setup we deploy it doesn’t actually create the level of chances you’d think we would get. It’s time to get a CB in, fill the constant black hole we have in the middle of the park and stop this kamikaze nonsense. Easton & Connolly on the bench and maybe we need to look at McGill and how he can be utitlised…he’s becoming forgotten about. The best way for Murray to get the message over about the performance levels is to ring the changes. That might mean Corr, McGill and Matthews coming in. I don’t think it can be justified not with how poor some of the guys have been recently. Only Vaughan and Hamilton are showing a bit of quality at the moment for me. Everyone else has dropped at least one level if not more. Don’t know what’s going on with Easton but he was really poor….again. The casual fans are voting with their feet…400/500 less today and that’ll continue if the performances don’t pick up. Atmosphere was the worst I’ve ever seen..the goal was barely celebrated and that’s probably because we knew what was likely to come. It can still be a successful season but nothing changes if nothing changes and that’s on Murray to solve ASAP.

I really don’t understand why Corr doesn’t get a game. He’s looked strong in the limited time he’s had available. Our defensive record is relegation tackle and our back line is a shambles.

Allegedly he was being watched by a few clubs but not sure. He’s too often trying to be the star of the show rather than playing for the team. That said it’d be remiss to be focussing on him when my eyes are bleeding watching Dick and Millen. Turner is a pointless signing. Rudden had flashes and bar looking a bit rusty looks like there’s a solid championship player there. Might be needed now with Hamilton going off injured. One win in 7 is sacking form and could be out of both cups come Friday evening (not that I give a monkeys about that one). Murray needs to fix this and quick.

Really not enjoying the Rovers at the moment. Honest opinion is Id happily punt Easton if it meant getting a top quality CB. He’s been honking for weeks and far too much of the show pony nonsense. Murray simply must change the formation and make us harder to beat. Whilst Stanton’s out he needs to get Matthews on the pitch. That back line needs an overhaul. I don’t rate any of the back 4.

Don’t think I fancy another 3 more years of this formation to be honest. Decent chunk of supporters walking out at half time. Some collapse of a season this is. Airdrie slapping us for the 3rd time on Friday will be the cherry on top

Will be interesting where Zak Rudden and Cammy Kerr end up after being told by Dundee to find new clubs. You’d imagine several Championship clubs will be in for them. Hopefully we see a much needed couple of signings over the next 10 days. Was meant to be 2-6 weeks on Stanton? 4 weeks and 2 days so far to date.

Just watched the game back and some poor finishing and decision making in the final third. Connolly when clean through could’ve slid it to Smith for an easy chance. Eastons ball across the box just needed prodded home. Wasteful free kick on edge of the box by Vaughan - hit the target and it’s a likely goal. A few other chances too. Hamiton and Vaughan should be a lethal combination and hope they get it to properly click. Ive said it, others have too but watching Rovers recently you just feel somethings missing and that missing thing is Stanton. The dugs on the street can see our issue. Irrespective of us challenging DU Murray needs to sort this capitulation in results. Can’t complain about the result, we’re a mile off it and current tactics and lack of CB’s is ripping my knitting. Can see why Livi are bottom of the league, they’ve a few players that don’t actually look like footballers but that’s not saying much for us right now.

I’ve seen numerous posts from you regard Masson..are you related to the boy or something. Mishandled by IM by ‘stuffing him on the bench’ but expect he’ll be picked up by a part time league two team to play with the joiners and fishmongers. For things to be concerned about or querying…Masson getting game time ain’t it.
