Don't. Read Tragedy and Hope 101 by Joe Plummer instead. It cuts out a lot of the academic "filler".

The blockade was a sham, which was only ramped up after the armistice on 11/11/18 until the Treaty of Versailles was signed in June 1919. These people have no loyalty to any Nation.

There was a group of eugenicists in America going back to the early 1900's that were backed financially by some of the wealthy elite that gained some clout. Forced sterilisations of "undesirables" made it into law in 20+ States in America. The Nazis were actually inspired by many of their ideals (obviously they cranked it up a notch!). The original plans for a minimum wage around this time had its origins with this group in that it was hoped that employers would become more selective at the "bottom end" of the market, thus making it harder for them to breed in theory.

There are some good interviews with Patrick Wood with James Corbett on CorbettReport.com. search for technocracy on the site. You can find Dr Antony Sutton interviews on YouTube. Wood actually worked with Sutton in the 70's. A lot of it dates back as far as the 1910's/20's. Aldus Huxley was part of the "movement".
