  1. Who was the Poster that hilariously trolled that pissed up Labour MP from Falkirk?
  2. You should wear it to your next Green Brigade get together, Mags!
  3. Seamus deserves a mention. Didn't he claim to be an IT consultant working for Travelodge but in reality, emptied the bins in Drumchapel?
  4. Who was the Poster that started a thread about "going away for a while"......ie prison.
  5. Big Gus' "Best Poster" winning speech....
  6. Given the demographic that suffers most from the free movement of workers is the traditional Labour voter, I'd say it's fairly safe to assume this. I can understand people voting leave, as the neoliberal EU project has hugely increased the gap between "haves" and "have nots". As an educated, experienced Engineer/Project Manager I was fine but I saw first hand the artificial wage suppression of skilled workers lowered by the influx of supposedly qualified skilled workers from Eastern Europe. This suited the international companies two fold in that they saved on the expense of training youngsters plus the influx stemmed demand and lowered wages from their true worth.
  7. Given that the majority of Labour MPs constituents in the North of England voted to leave, I'd say that they'd be fine with that. Only London, Scotland and Northern Ireland really voted to remain regionally.
  8. No at all. Would you honestly be happy to wait until Scotland "negotiated" the right deal with rUK, despite 75% of our exports going to (or via) England as well as no central bank and national currency plan. The above are far bigger squares to circle than those facing the UK as a whole leaving the EU. The EU still need to trade with the UK. The world won't end.
  9. "A principled way"? You mean against a majority in a referendum? I'm not sure you'd be admiring the same "principles" if it was Scottish independence being denied to a majority result. It's completely self interest.
  10. Yet they're too spineless to call a vote of no confidence and call a general election under the guise that "we don't want Corbyn as PM". They fear for their own re-election, let's be honest.
  11. That's a bit harsh. @JTS98 and @Dons_1988 have done nothing to merit that level of accusation!
  12. I doubt the problem was her getting you out of her head, TBF.
  13. He was a better player than a manager. Just let that sink in.....
  14. Jimmy Carr wants royalties for using his joke.....
  15. I heard it on The Duran , itv news and George Galloway mentioned it too. Not opining one way or another but a "soft border" can be spun both ways. To NI it can be spun as a trading haven, and with Eire, it can be spun as likewise but also a step towards unifying the island.
  16. There must be a reason why Kylie is still single after all these years.....
  17. I always preferred Danni to be honest. Controversial, I know. The above no way impairs my view on rating Christina Agulera much, much higher than Britney Spears.
  18. I was hearing that they'll abstain as opposed to voting against.
