  1. They are playing in blue, do you mean the box around ICT in the score at the top left?
  2. Took me an age to get the stream up, it's working now.
  3. Where's my stream? IPTV failing me at the worse moment.
  4. This is half true. The problem is that JC was refused service because staff took issue with her protected philosophical beliefs that sex is real and that it matters. That's protected under the EA. It's also worth remembering the EA works like a shield (it's about protection) not a sword (for punishing people). As such, it can't be used as a defence to cancel people because they are transphobic (as alleged by Liberal twitter in this case). It's an almighty mess. JC will gorge herself on the publicity of that I have no doubt. However, the staff were patently wrong here and the company will need to pay a settlement to JC (when she takes legal action - which won't happen until its quietened down a bit so she can elongate the self promotion).
  5. I know I know more bus chat... did we not buses to Greenock for a final game of the season where Junior Mendes missed a sitter, we lost 2-1 and we were relegated in our centenary year? I'm sure that was a season with the cursed hoops as well.
  6. My two cents: Fridays last game is shite timing to the furthest away ground. There isn't a snowballs chance in hell I can make it. I'm like Gazza at most home games and probably about half of our away games (sometimes less depending on how we are performing). Midweeks are generally a no go for me due to work commitments. Should the club put on a bus? We've done it many times before for important games (As an example - I took a bus to Hibs away for a Scottish Cup game in 2011 from the club). Given the collapsing of the travel club it would have been a nice gesture however not sure its an obligation. I always drive to away games anyway. If I were going to Inverness for a Saturday game I'd make a weekend of it and drag the family with me. On #Weareunited its a bit too twee for me. I guess it's aimed at the younger generation though?
  7. That's quite embarrassing given the ease by which you can action it.
  8. I take it that Fergus Ewing is stepping down at the next Holyrood election?
  9. It makes no fucking sense though. The Labour strategy in gif form... The Labour party should be better than this.
  10. What is happening to the Labour party?
  11. Is that picture not the former Southampton manager. Ralph Soemthingorother?
  12. It will be straight forward. Standard T&Cs don't include clauses to cancel an event because of your employee's feelings. I would be absolutely astonished if this contract included such a break clause. See Graham versus SEC for precedent in Scots law. If you compare it to Section 35, this is shooty in. I haven't seen a single eminent lawyer believing otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, the 'fox clubber' Jolyon Maugham does not count.
  13. The Wee Hurrie in Troon is very nice. A b*****d of a wait though. Usually worth it though.
  14. If you're good enough you are old enough. What value have we got out of McAdams? He's been on a decent wage and rotated in for the cup. It's a rather expensive insurance policy. He'd need to take a significant wage cut to remain imo. I'd rather sign a cheaper backup option.
  15. I suspect she'll do quite well out of it both financially and legally. The case is shooty in, there is no legal justification for cancelling the booking. I suspect the commercial contract didnt have a provision covering this. There will be a financial settlement and JC will have her views magnified. A case study in the futile nature of cancel culture if ever there were one!
