I can see now why Pars fans are so despondent, outside of Thomas, who was positive and direct, there is barely a footballer in that team. Conditions didn’t really suit us as if a football game had broken out I would have fancied our chances. Corner flags were blowing in 4 different directions. Didnt think the pitch was too bad but it cut up in a few isolated places and was surprised to see the groundsman just paying lip service to the goalmouth with the pitch fork rather than actually dealing with the few areas that needed it. Ball boys had a mare, came onto a game in the second half but then performance dropped near the end. Thought Lang looked good but I still got the fear every time he turned a striker and then had to turn a second one. Got away with it but feel like he has a howler in him. Love watching Danny Dyer’s deadliest donkeys at the cage. I had the father and son singing team beside me and they were giving it the ‘Come on then’s with the fake hold me back, I’ve missed that. The nick of some of the folk on both sides was hilarious. Cant say I heard anything offensive or just didn’t realise it but I might be going deaf as I didn’t hear a word the tannoy announcer said neither.

Totally this. Same situation for Gilmour at Norwich. I think most people just seem to think that if you stick a great player in an average team then he will just pull that team up to his great level. It was the mindset of some for Fletcher coming from a great Man U team into an average Scotland team and probably for Giggs going to Wales too. Gilmour is competing with Kante and Jorginho for playing time so going out on loan makes sense but someone (cannae mind who) expecting him to turn Norwich into world beaters, oooft.

I think the fact we can debate it on here though proves that Rangers are being deliberately opaque, given that Parks doesn’t seem to be on their list of sponsors and have no evident sponsorship hoardings. No doubt SPFL are less than competent but not sure Rangers can be given the benefit of the doubt neither given their track record of poor transparency and hollow statements. Time will tell I guess.

For sure, but the entire point of sponsorship is to get your name out there, seems strange that they have a sponsor who wants to remain anonymous!

Is it not to do with who the sponsor is rather than how much they paid? Others have looked at Rangers sponsors and none seem to have a business conflict with cinch, hence the total confusion.

Think they are giving season ticket holders the choice. I could only get North tickets for me and the wee guy, my dad phoned the office and they said he can use his ST there instead so we can all sit together. Could get messy for the late arrivers though as you say.
