  1. Only sell them on individual bottles, but Peckhams stock them. Also Waitrose used to, I think they might still do.
  2. Drinking a pint of Field 41. Its an American Pale Ale currently on in Wetherspoons by a brewery called Bale Breaker Brewing. A really nice session ale. A sharp citrus taste, refreshing but without the bitter aftertaste. Ends quite malty making you want more. Fantastic beer.
  3. I've had about 70 of them. Neil Morrissey writes the foreward and it just so happens that one of his beers is in the book... Lol.
  4. Drank too much over the past few weeks to post... But today I have been drinking a few of these... And for Christmas I got this... Last year I got 300 Beers to try before you die. But with this... I may die trying!
  5. I took the whole of December off to let me recover a bit after quite a lot of running last year. Got back to it again today. A short 3km. Going to easy myself in, try to complete a 10k in a couple of weeks.
  6. Caledonian have a good one out at the moment called Gift Wrapped. It's more nutty than spiced like a lot of winter beers. It's really tasty.
  7. Batemans do a Christmas beer called Rosey Nosey. Its quite nice from what I remember.
  8. What's the minimum debit card payment accepted on Betting Shops like William Hills, Ladbrokes etc?
  9. I think Monkey Shoulder is too sweet, almost sugary. Buy its a smooth finish.
  10. Spent a nice afternoon in the Pot Still in Glasgow. Had three whiskies. Benromach 10 YO. Glengoyne 17 YO and Springbank 12 YO. My favourite of them was the Glengoyne 17 YO. Since I was slightly lubricated I decided to buy a bottle of their own commissioned 6YO single malt by Glenburgie.
  11. Picked up a 70co bottle of Abelour 10YO for 20 from Sainsburys.
  12. Having a couple of these tonight. As a novice to whisky, this stuff is really good. And it's the local distillery for me.
  13. I've only very recently started drinking whisky. Sounds a tad silly, but I wasn't drinking it right. But a friend had me drinking a couple on a night out and I really enjoy it! I bought a few bottles while they've been on offer in the shops. Jura Origin 10 Yr Old Dalwhinnie 15 Yr Old Glenmorangie 10 Yr Old (Not tried yet) Glengoyne 10 Yr Old
  14. I've moved from early mornings to evening times now... Struggling, but I suppose got to get used to it
  15. I get quite sore hips when running. I've tried sleeping on my front and back instead of my side, but anyone got any warm-up or strengthening exercises that could help?
  16. My tipples for tonight. Orkney Best by the Highland Brewing Company. Yellowhammer by the Black Isle Brewery.
  17. Is there a website that gives a list of upcoming runs in Scotland?
  18. Completed the 10k Morun in 46mins 57secs. My hands were like ice for the first 6k or so.
