It's a load of shite. A few private residential care companies are bringing it in but as far as I'm aware there are no plans for the NHS or local authority's to enforce itGuy in my work claiming it's now illegal to work in hospitals/care homes unless double vaxxed, we do a decent amount of contract work in these places and have a few engineers not vaccinated. Any truth to this? Reason I ask is the guy is an absolute slavering mess.

So what's the general consensus here? That Brian Laundrie is dead?
Read in one of the reports that he had left behind his mobile and bank cards which pretty much made my mind up that he was heading out to the swamps to top himself. Thinking on it a bit more however, the mobile and bank cards would be the best way for the police to trace him0 -
If there wasn't a fuel shortage before there's one now due to people being fuckwits. Took a walk to the local Tesco and the queue for the forecourt is backed up onto the main road

BP to start rationing fuel due to a lack of HGV drivers

My brother caught some kind of virus while doing summer work in Aviemore, he'd just graduated from St Andrews university. This must have been around 7 or 8 years ago.
Took him a couple of years to be diagnosed with post viral fatigue and he's now reliant on universal credit and PIP. Some days are better than others but at it's worst he's unable to get himself out of bed. Really depressing knowing how much potential he had to carve out a successful career was pretty much scunnered by catching a virus0 -
Booked in for my booster for Thursday, will also be offered the flu vaccine which I'll take for the first time. Going to be absolutely hoaching with antibodies

I think that's a fair assumption tbh. I know very little about the American legal system but I can't get my head around why the partner wasn't lifted asapHe killed her.0 -

For some reason I've been finding this case fascinating. Young couple travelling around America and documenting it on social media and YouTube.
Brian Laundrie, Gabby' partner, returned home without her on the 1st of September and she was reported missing on the 10th.
Unfortunately a body matching Gabby' description was discovered yesterday. Brian Laundrie appears to have done a runner several days ago as know one seems to know his whereabouts although there is a suspicion that his family might be protecting him.

Love gin but can't touch it nowadays, drinking to much of the stuff turns me into an emotional wreak

I think you would be better nuking the thread from orbit, just to be sureI would comment but I'm busy deleting every post in the Covid thread that wasn't made by someone with medical qualifications. See you in six months.2 -
Got to agree, fig rolls are rank!Undoubtedly.
Didn't stop the inclusion of a fig roll as a biscuit, let alone a 'first class' biscuit from infuriating me, though.0 -
If I was being cynical I would say that list has been made with the clear intention of drumming up as much controversy and attention as it could.

Walked past Figo while on holiday in Vilamoura, he was getting mobbed by the locals. His wife/partner was also absolutely stunning!

I was in Rhodes at the time. Flying back a couple of days later was fun

Apparently they have been crunching some numbers to see where the tipping point is.There is zero chance of England reintroducing restrictions in any situation bar a vaccine evading variant.

I suspect the article is a load of shite but would be surprised if there hasn't been some kind of financial/death weighting done by the government.0 -
Parents had one in the 70s (all the rage back then). I've no recollection of it as I would have been around 2 or 3 but it was apparently bat shit mentalI’m tempted to fly the one I’ve got back in.0 -
What happened in India? Remember the virus running rampant through the population around April/May time then plummeting like a stone in as many monthsIt doesn't mention that's it's being used in Latin America and also India (who by some miracle got their Delta outbreak under control....)0 -
Ah shit, my bad!Not quite
Line beside C only - Test has worked and is negative.
Lines beside C & T - Test has worked and is positive.
Line beside T only or no lines at all - Void test.
The S bit it just where you drop in the sample solution.0 -
I'm sick of the sight of them! Need to test myself X2 weekly for workCheers. Never seen one of these before.0 -
Line beside C = Test has workedWhat do the C, T & S stand for?
Line beside T = Test is positive for covid
Line beside S = Test is invalid/inconclusive
So for a negative test you only want the line beside the C0 -
Pretty much this! Seems these incel lads are trying way to hard to punch above there weight and getting knocked back on a continual basisI find the best way not to be an Incel is to follow my example and just not be particularly picky1 -
I'm pretty sure the woman who claimed to have started it all last year tried to bring it back in January but was told to do one by NHS workers on social media. Suggested her time would be better spent pressuring the government for a decent wage increase.
My girlfriend went out the first night and it was loud. The following week was quiet and so it continued.
Did they try and bring it back in January or did I imagine that?0

I know there's a couple of people on here that work in the prison service (WhiteRoseKillie?). I know the prison officers will act with professionalism but what is life going to be like for this guy inside? Is he looking at a lifetime in near isolation due to him being a walking target or are we just assuming this is the case?
